In 2021, after 10 years, Ana Matronic left BBC Radio 2 where she hosted the Dance Devotion Show every weekend.
She is no stranger to the live stage as a renowned DJ, singer and performer; internationally acclaimed as the front woman of New York glam-pop superstars Scissor Sisters. She also has a many DJ residencies in New York.
She most recently hosted BBC2 Show The Queens of Pop: Viva La Diva. She has regularly appeared on TV in the UK including curating a BBC2 Artsnight, and hosting BBC3 Eurovision coverage and appearing as a guest advisor on The Voice. She also featured on Channel 4's coverage of The Turner Prize and hosted BBC iPlayer's Global Citizen coverage.
Ana is also a writer, releasing her first book Robot Takeover in 2015 which celebrated her love of all things robotic.
Ana regularly features on BBC 4 hosting shows such as Get Rich or Try Dying: Music's Mega Legacies and Disco and Beyond alongside Martyn Ware.
Ana is a regular supporter of charities including Body & Soul and Amnesty International.
