Charlie can be heard weekdays 4pm-7pm on BBC Radio 1Xtra and 10pm on Saturday as host of BBC Radio 1's legendary rap show. 

In 2015 Charlie started hosting a weekly iPlayer show called The Rap Up and in 2016, Property Boom! will air on E4. 

Charlie established a solid reputation as an ever-inventive and entertaining MC in both the UK garage and hip hop scenes, with his profile first forged as a key member of two crews – Hype Squad and the Grimey Limeys, but in 2007 he stepped up his game when he began to make his own records.

Coinciding with the spread of user generated distribution networks like YouTube, and the recording the ups and downs of the life of an independent British rap artist with his own weekly online show – Being Charlie Sloth. This was a unique fusion of documentary reportage, guest stars, comedy skits and hidden camera pranks with Charlie playing all the main roles. The show was an instant hit and was picked up by World Star Hip Hop, the US based hip hop video site where it was soon averaging over a million hits a week.

Charlie also fronted Channel 4’s 6-hour live House Party show on both August bank holiday and New Years Eve 2012 and in 2014 hosted a series for London Live called Place Invaders

He is Europe's biggest Hip Hop DJ, with regular live shows both in the UK and abroad as well as the release of his most recent album series Hood Heat Vol.1 and Vol.2.
