Charlie Sloth is one of the worlds most renowned rap and hip hop DJ's and broadcasters, plus the mastermind behind the internationally successful Fire in the Booth.

The Charlie Sloth Rap Show streams every week on Apple Music alongside a range of exclusive playlists. 

Charlie launched his first festival in 2019 with Fire in the Park in Sheffield, UK. He is one of the world's most in demand biggest Hip Hop DJs, with regular live shows around the globe include a residency in Dubai. 

Charlie previously fronted the late night entertainment show The 8th on BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 1Xtra; as well as fronting BBC Radio 1's legendary rap show. 

Charlie established a solid reputation as an ever-inventive and entertaining MC in both the UK garage and hip hop scenes, with his profile first forged as a key member of two crews – Hype Squad and the Grimey Limeys, but in 2007 he stepped up his game when he began to make his own records. Charlie has released his most recent album series Hood Heat Vol.1 and Vol.2.

Coinciding with the spread of user generated distribution networks like YouTube, and the recording the ups and downs of the life of an independent British rap artist with his own weekly online show – Being Charlie Sloth. This was a unique fusion of documentary reportage, guest stars, comedy skits and hidden camera pranks with Charlie playing all the main roles. The show was an instant hit and was picked up by World Star Hip Hop, the US based hip hop video site where it was soon averaging over a million hits a week.
