Chris can be heard co-hosting on Capital FM's Breakfast show with Jordan North and Sian Welby weekdays 6am-10am. He is also the co-host on award winning podcast That Peter Crouch Podcast

In August 2022, after 10 years, Chris left the BBC where he previously co-hosted Monday-Thursday's 1-4pm on BBC Radio 1 and Saturday morning's on BBC Radio 5 Live alongside Scott Mills.

In 2021 he launched his brand new podcast The Pirate Ship with Michelin star chef Tom Kerridge.

He recently presented BBC iPlayer's My World Cup Sticker Mission and the five-part hit BBC series The Worlds Most Extreme Festivals.

Chris regularly appears on BBC's Saturday Kitchen appearing as a guest on both VT and in studio, exploring subjects such as cuisine at football matches and Christmas menus at top London hotels.

Chris devised and hosted Celeb Hunter: 2 Chairs, 1 Chat for Channel 4 where he went around the country with two fishing chairs, finding and meeting up with celebrities in his mobile studio. He also went on to be the resident team captain on E4's panel show Virtually Famous.

Chris has interviewed a range of global stars – as well as spitting water over them as part of Innuendo Bingo. He famously asked Mila Kunis for a date to the football - She said yes! It was this interview with Mila that led to Chris being an overnight YouTube star and then appearing on CNN and Good Morning America talking about "that" interview.

Chris also released cookbook Eat, Sleep, Zoom, Reheat in 2020, aimed towards university students, to help them make their own meals during the pandemic.

He is also a very popular DJ and can be seen playing at clubs, student nights and Young Farmers' nights out most weekends.
